White death - the dark truth of the sugar




Can you imagine your life without sugar? Among us how many people are there who can imagine their life without sugar? Even in our daily food lists sugar is one of the most useful ingredients. Our day begins with bed-tea/coffee where sugar is one of the main things.



It tastes sweet to our senses, but at the same time, it is too harmful to our health. Do you know these crystal cubes are not good for our immune system in the long term? It might make us feel good due to the “beta-endorphin” rush in the brain but the shocking fact is that research reveals that it is the source of cancer; even it declines the elasticity in tissue. Many people are diagnosed with diabetes as sugar is the greatest sources of calories. Other health problems due to excessive sugar consumption are:- it changes muscles protein in the heart which causes heart failure, it also causes aging of cells, affects our immune system, declines the functionality of blood protein, etc.



John Yudkin, a British professor almost 40 years ago tried to warn us about the dark side of the sugar. In 2009, his 90 minutes talk was posted on youtube which had been received 4.1 million hits. Through this anti-sugar-movement was started. His research claimed sugar as a toxin, like tobacco and alcohol. Through research, another vital point has come out that the “Sugar Rush” has been targeted at our children easily. That’s why at the time of professor Yudkin sugary foods were to be taxed, labeled with health warnings and banned for anyone who was under 18.

Not even past, a recent study shows that worldwide 184,000 deaths per year happen for ingesting sugary beverage; among those 133,000 deaths from diabetes, 45,000 deaths from cardiovascular diseases and 6,450 deaths from cancer behind which sugar is one of the main causes.

In France, Dr. Serge did research on rats and give them a choice between cocaine & sugar. Guess which one wins? Shockingly it’s Sugar!

The problem is that sugar produces dopamine = a happy feel-good chemical in the brain. For this many time, people get addicted to eating it. Sugar is one of the cancer-causing ingredients. So if you are currently recovering from breast cancer or prostate cancer, you should simply completely cut off sugar, brown sugar & all sugary products from your diets. Instead of you can use raw honey, maple syrup, etc.


This article is for those who have no control over taking sugar in their daily diets. One thing you must understand clearly that if you don’t take control of your sugar intake then it will take over your life.
