Women Need Empowerment

The need for women empowerment is felt because of the subordinate status to which they have been subjected since the beginning. But in the pre-agricultural period, women were known to work hard and even participate in warfare. In the continuation of civilization, women sometimes appear to be the symbol of beauty or sometimes softness. On the other hand, women were also behind the reasons of many warfare, deaths and violent incidents. Therefore, women's contribution to men's side is nothing less than the beginning of civilization.

If we look at the present, we can see that women contribute to various important positions in the world. A few weeks ago, scientists published pictures of black-hole for the first time by astonishing the whole world and behind this breakthrough discovery, there was also a woman. But if we look back to history or even in present society we can see that the success journey of women is not so easy. Women were kept at home for doing domestic chores. In the patriarchal society, women were relegated to a secondary position. Education was denied to them.
But now apparently things are changing.

Pip Jamieson

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
The Global, United Kingdom

In London among the creative directors, only 12 % is female, among those the black, Asian and minority communities' number are less than 2%. As a result of racial hatred, women's unemployment rate is increasing day by day. So, the entrepreneur has established "The Global". This is a professional web media which creates a relationship between a creative and non-profit business organization without the hassle like the CV or the interview through creative activities, which actively challenges this status quo.

Malala Yousafzai

The youngest person who is the winner of the Noble Peace Prize
Pakistan

In our list, the next is Malala Yousafzai, a Pakistani girl. When she was just 17, Talibans fired into her head as she wanted to continue her & every girls’ education. For her bravery, she got the Noble Peace Prize.

Maya Vishwakarma

India

Maya Vishwakarma is one of the best examples of how taboo and stigma surrounding menstruation affects girls and women in India. She comes from a village in Narsinghpur district of Madhya Pradesh, she did not hear about sanitary napkins until she was 26. Now she is 36 & called “The Pad Woman of India”. As she faced many health issues she is now determined that other women shouldn’t face this type of health issues like her. According to her, she was forced to use unhygienic clothes during menstrual days instead of sanitary pads which lead her some bad infections.

So, it doesn't mean that women are all weak. There are women like Aaun Sung Suki who fought for democracy & won the noble peace prize. In many countries, women are holding posts of chief minister & prime minister. There are women scientists including Marie Curie who won the noble prize twice.  Just like the past, at present women like Pip Jamieson & Meenu Vadera, there are also other women who are still changing the world. They are- Queen Elizabeth IIMichelle Obama, Corrina Antrobus, Meghan Markle, Marie Kondo, etc.

If in a defensive argument one stands with excuses that men are better than women & proud himself  to be a superior being just because of they attain the power of masculinity & strength than it must be clean to them an animal bears an incomparable strength & power compared to so-called powerful man & this kind of crippled mentality people must understand that a woman has the power of giving birth to a new life in her own womb which cannot be possible artificially no matter how science & technology advance. Then let us ask ourselves who is more superior? The one who often takes pride of his strength or the one who observes all the inequalities & still bears the capability to give birth a new life?
