W hy does a person become a serial killer? Well, it i s very difficult to give the answer as there is no particular reason behind it. Most of the time it is quite difficult for normal people to predict what is going on inside of the mind of a murderer. They don't have any empathy towards a person's feeling. They are absolutely dangerous. In 1971 FBI Agent Robert K. Ressler first used the term " serial killer " .
